Makoto’s smile when he heard Sousukes surgery went well… Imagine him seeing Sousuke again and hugging him gently so he won’t agitate anything and telling Sousuke how proud he is of him, and looking at him so warmly Sousuke can’t help the flush on his cheeks when he thanks him.
